All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

AMYIC may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.

All prices listed on this website, unless otherwise stated are in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. If you are a wholesale customer, your prices will be displayed exclusive of GST.

Due to photographic resolutions and screen limitations associated with the display and representation of our products, some actual products may differ to a small extent in visual appearance from the way these products present on our website. Some depictions of products chosen by our team may not be the exact presentation of the products received.  

All charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

AMYIC reserves the right to limit the purchase quantities of certain items.

AMYIC will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, AMYIC will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.

If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery AMYIC will notify its customers within 3 business days.

Goods will be shipped via courier or Australia Post.

Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped.
