If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you are not satisfied.
Before dispatch, you can cancel our order, if it has been processed, we cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to adjust your order, please contact email@example.com right away and we’ll be able to check if your order has left our warehouse.
AMYIC takes pride in every garment made and endeavours to maintain a high standard in quality with multiple quality checks in place to ensure that customers are happy with the product. Therefore, we maintain the right to refuse any returns if they are not of a manufacturing fault and/or if the product is deemed to have been damaged under the customers’ care, in which AMYIC then holds no responsibility for the fault.
AMYIC also reserves the right to replace or repair the product where possible.
We encourage all of our customers to check stock upon arrival to your store.

Faulty garments can only be returned strictly within 14 days from receipt.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the faulty items.
Items are unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from makeup and stains.
Items have all AMYIC tags still attached and original packaging.
Please indicate the reason for returning by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so our sales team can keep an eye out for your returned item. We will not arrange any refund without any given notice.
