We only ship within Australia.

Free delivery special is only available to Australia Domestic retail customers with order over $150. Free delivery special is not available to wholesale account customers and international customers.

Delivery is via third party courier or Australia Post.

It is our company policy that we do not ship to PO boxes.

All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at the time of delivery.

Once payment is confirmed, orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase on business days. 

Pre orders and backorders will be dispatched for delivery with 1-2 business days of them being received in our warehouse. 

The estimated date of arrival can be subject to change.

Shipping address can not be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior to or during delivery.

If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative like your work address for delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.

Order(s) can not be cancelled once the order has been shipped.

Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery within Victoria and 2– 30 business days for delivery to the rest of Australia

Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight, and delivery location.
